Q1: My family’s land is inaccessible. Do I need to pay the National Property Administration when I apply for the right of passage?

A1:

People whose land is inaccessible by road apply for passage through national land to the relevant office or branch of the National Property Administration according to Article 787 and Article 788 of the Civil Code. After the approval is granted, the annual passage charge is 5% of the declared land value (i.e., announced land value). and 50 years of annual charge is collected by a one-time payment or paid in installments.
