National property is managed and used by more than 3,000 agencies. Electronic digitalization of the management of the property is an issue that must be promoted. In order for various agencies to tabulate and transmit property information, the NPA has developed the national public and enterprise organization property online transmission system to minimize the transmission time among agencies to enhance administrative efficiency, and stay abreast of the national real estate management information in real time.

Each agency, after confirming their identity through agency certification or natural person certification (the ‘internet ID’, digital signature), can be connected to the system to undertake national real estate registration information changes and filling out related statistical tables of related national property.
