Applying for delaying payment during the pandemic period

In response to the impact by the severe special infectious pneumonia, for the notified payment on the approved sale of the national non-public real estate cases, the related method of operation for applicant purchaser in the duration of implementation of ‘Special regulations on the prevention of severe special infectious pneumonia and relief and invigoration’ (from January 15, 2020 to June 30, 2021) who needs to be under home quarantine or separation for 14 days and that the payment date be pushed back for the above duration is as follows:

  1. The applicant purchaser who provides proof document of home quarantine or separation (such as health status declaration upon entry for prevention of severe special infectious pneumonia and notification of home quarantine that can be submitted in written format, fax, or email) to the Region Branches of the National Property Administration, Ministry of Finance within the timeframe of payment will not have the number of the days of home quarantine or separation to be counted into the timeframe of the payment (adding 14 days to the original notified deadline date).

  2. The duration for which the supervisor deems necessary to be extended (more than 14 days), the Region Branches of the National Property Administration, Ministry of Finance may increase the number of days for payment depending on the proof document provided by the applicant purchaser.
