Issuance of Decree No. 0984000436 by the NATIONAL PROPERTY ADMINISTRATION,MOF on 5 March 2009：Revised Section 7, Paragraph 4 of "Operation Directions for Competitive Selling of National Non-public Use Real Estate",and take into force as from this day.
