Issuance of Decree No. 09840001391 by the MOF on 6 February 2009：The interpretive rule in pursuant to Paragraph 1, Article 18 of "Regulations for Leasehold of National Non-public Use Real Estate", to determine terms of "conferred person" and "successor". Issuance of Decree No. 09840001381 by the MOF on 13 Feburary 2009：Promulgated "Directions for Sale of the National Portion of Joint Ownership of Real Estate",and take into force as from this day.
