Corresponding to the spread of the severely contagious COVID-19 and the extension of the nation-wide Level 3 alert duration, the rental payment deadline shall be extended until the end of July for the lessee holding the national non-public real estate rental settlement notice specifying that the rent should be settled before the end of May, June and July 5, 2021. During the aforesaid extension period, the default fine and the arrear interest shall not be charged and the lessee is not required to submit the application accordingly.

In view that the epidemic of the severely contagious COVID-19 disease is still worsening, for citizens who are notified to make corrections, settle the payment (value), submit the soil pollution remediation test report, or complete the contract notarization for the application cases to the National Property Administration, which are related to the national non-public real estate or the lease or the selling (including the selling of land with heritage formalities not completed within the specified timeline), the Level 3 alert duration (up to June 28, 2021 currently) announced by the COVID-19 Central Epidemic Command Center shall not be covered in the aforesaid timeline.
