• Issuance of Decree No. 11035008390 by the MOF on June 16, 2021: For national public use real estate leased or lent to use by all government agencies according to the proviso of Article 28 of the National Property Act and the “Revenue Directions for National Public Real Estate”, if the tenant or user is unable or has difficulty to pay the rent or royalty for the period from July 2021 to June 2022 due to the influence of the pandemic, the administration authority may either defer the collection or reduce the amount based on the actual situation of each case. The revenue provided under other laws and regulations shall be governed by the revenue directions established by the relevant competent authority.
• Issuance of Decree No. 11000184390 by the National Property Administration, MOF on June 16, 2021: In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, besides the rent calculated at a special approved rent rate by the Executive Yuan or the statutory tax rate (such as land value tax) as prescribed by laws (regulations), the rent payable for national non-public use real estate leased by the NPA from July 2021 to June 2022 shall be reduced by 20% without the need for an application.
• Press release issued on June 21, 2021: “The first batch of Establishment of Superficies by Public Bidding for 10 National Land with Royalty of NT$3 billion”.
• Issuance of Decree No. 11030001600 by the National Property Administration, MOF on June 22, 2021: Revision on Paragraph 26 of “Operation Procedures for Survey of National Non-public Use Real Estate”, effective immediately.
• Issuance of Decree No. 11040006570 by the National Property Administration, MOF on June 25, 2021: In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the NPA has postponed all payments due for the rent of national non-public use real estate and the land rent of superficies in May to August 2021, to the end of September, without the need for an application.
