Issuance of Decree No. 09940012391 by the MOF on 1st July 2010：Revised "Directions for Disposal of Private Land Owner to Apply for Annexation and Use of Adjacent National Non-public Use Land",and take into force as from this day. Issuance of Decree No. 0994001489 by the MOF on 21 July 2010：The interpretive rule in pursuant to Subparagraph 2, Paragraph 1, Article 2 of "Regulations for Leased National Non-public Use Real Estate Which May be Sold" which defines "the national lands that may be merged for buildings" as those lands that are not under urban planning/public facilities, or the lands that are not governed by special Municipality, county and city for the use of public road/sewage system. Issuance of Decree No. 0990032235 by the EXECUTIVE YUAN on 23 July 2010：Revised partial articles of "Regulations for the Enforcement of National Property Act",and take into force as from this day.
