1.    According to paragraph 1, Article 46 of the Urban Renewal Act, national land will be used unconditionally for urban regeneration, except when there is other reasonable land use planning that such national land cannot be combined with urban regeneration. Non-public-use national land under NPA custody will be used in urban regeneration accordingly to actively diversify and revitalize the use of national property.

2.    In response to the urban regeneration policy and enhance the effectiveness of use of national property, the Ministry of Finance established the “Disposal Principles for National Land Located Within the Space of Urban Renew Enterprise” on April 11, 2007 for the reference of using national land in urban regeneration.
