Insurance of Decree No. 10935013610 by the National Property Admininstration, MOF on December 21, 2020: In response to the continuing impact of COVID-19, administration authorities have the discretion to decide whether or not to reduce the rent and utilization fees for revenue cases regarding national public real estate managed by each administrative authority in accordance with the proviso to Article 28 of the National Property Act and the “Revenue Directions for National Public Real Estate” from January to June 2021 based on the individual situation.
