1.   Issuance of Decree No. 10900120730 by the National Property Administration, MOF on April 17, 2020: To help lessen the impact of Covid 19, the Ministry of Finance submitted the relevant measure to the Executive Yuan on April 10, 2020 and received approval on April 15. The 2020 annual rent of national non-public use real estate leased out by the National Property Administration will be reduced by 20%, except where the rental rate has been approved specially by the Executive Yuan or the rent has been collected based on statutory fees (e.g. land value tax) stipulated clearly by law. As a result, the National Property Administration has adopted the "Measure to Reduce the Rent of Leased National Non-public Use Real Estate Responding to Covid 19" and demanded that its subordinate branches and offices should actively implement the reduction according to the Measure attached with the official letter of April 17, 2020 issued by the Administration.
