According to the Regulations for the Enforcement of National Property Act, unregistered land or land of uncertain private ownership or land of local government should be national property. The Ministry of the Interior is responsible for the cadastral survey and registration of such property and should thus plan such work by phase and by region. However, after discovering unregistered national property in our routine work, we conducted the registration of such property immediately in order not to affect the rights and interests of applicants.
