Takeover and custody, registration, survey, and division of national property
  1. Takeover, custody, and registration
The takeover and custody of non-public-use national property previously managed by various government agencies or public assets approved for transfer to non-public-use national property, and change of registration of the management agency. In addition, the takeover, custody, survey, and registration of unregistered land to facilitate management.
  2. Survey and division
Survey of newly taken over national land after accepting lease, sales or transfer applications to understand its status of use and separate such land based on business needs to facilitate management and disposition.
  3. Takeover, custody, and registration of assets of previous Taiwan Province
After the functional and organizational adjustment of the Taiwan Provincial Government (TWPG), we took over the non-public-use public assets previously managed by the Taiwan Provincial Government and its agencies, organizations, and schools. We also transferred the ownership and changed the management agency of such public assets to the NPA. As registering agencies found that the previous TWPG has omitted data on real estate to be handed over to NPA for inspection, we also needed to proceed with the takeover and registration of such real estate.
