1. Through legal analysis, case study, mechanism simulation, and budget planning, this study deduces cost-effective handling mechanisms for delegators, in order to reduce management costs to increase the National Treasury revenue.
2. Objectives
(1) Analyze laws and regulations.
(2) Analyze and compare various management mechanisms
(3) Propose countermeasures and estimate the management expenses of property management companies based on the real estate and parking spaces that will be acquired by the National Property Administration.
(4) Establish management models, research the processes, and establish documentation for implementation.
3. Expected goals
(1) Develop models for managing real estate exchanged with national land to enhance the effectiveness of property use and to increase the National Treasury revenue.
(2) Save management and maintenance expenses and reduce related management labor.
