When the owner of private land wants to consolidate the national leftover land adjacent to the private land, the owner shall submit the following documents to the subordinate branch of the National Property Administration in charge of the management of the leftover land to apply for its purchase.
I. An application for the purchase of national non-public use real estate.
II. The certificate valid within a certain period for consolidating public and private leftover land issued by the local government or a public document that shows that the local government has determined the two pieces of adjacent land shall be consolidated for building use.
III. The identification of the applicant.
IV. The registration transcriptions and cadastral map transcriptions made within the last three months of the pieces of land to be consolidated.
V. The waiver of the purchase right of the owner of the private land who is not applying for the purchase together with the applicant.
VI. Those who entrust others to apply for them in the application for purchase shall submit a letter of proxy, unless the application for purchase of national non-public use real estate has stated the appointment relationship.
VII. Other documents that the executive has notified the applicant that shall be submitted based on the need for review.
