Development Philosophy

Planning philosophy

The New Taipei City Government, in order to strengthen urban life functions and create a special zone, plans to feature the large commercial center on the national land of the project in the hope of attracting private investment to provide large-scale shopping mall, movie theaters, hotel, sports facility, leisure facility to satisfy the need of regional development, create job opportunities and make Linkou a self-sufficient new town.
