A3:     For the state-owned non-public use land in the reconstruction section within the scope of renewal unit, with the exception of applications for land purchase according to Article 52-2 of the National Property Act, land purchase approved by the Executive Yuan, or the submission of applications under special circumstances approved by the Ministry of Finance, the executive agency shall stop accepting the submission of applications for lease and purchase from the day the urban renewal business summary is approved by the competent authority or the day after the day the implementer drafts the urban renewal business plan and convenes a public hearing.
