Q1:How is national land implemented in urban regeneration?

A1:     When the total area of national land (including land for public and non-public use) within the scope of an urban regeneration unit is 500m2 or more or below 500m2 but occupies one quarter or more of the total unit area, rights conversion will apply to exchange the property after regeneration, except for urban regeneration led by the NPA. National non-public use land not included in the said urban regeneration unit may be sold to the executor after the business plan of the urban regeneration project is approved.
