Q2:In what case will the NPA lead an urban regeneration project with national land?

A2:     When the total area of national land (including land for public and non-public use) within the scope of an urban regeneration unit is up to 500m2 and occupies half or more of the total unit area, a NPA branch or administration agency of national land may make recommendations for leading the urban regeneration project. After reporting for approval according to the following procedures, the NPA may lead an urban regeneration project according to the Urban Renewal Act: (1) NPA branch: Report a project and obtain the consent of the NPA and the approval of the Ministry of Finance. (2) Administration unit of national land: Report to and obtain the approval by its competent authority.
