A1:     Based on the improvement for use contract signed with NPA branches, the competent authority of the target business should organize open tendering for such national land based on the business contents (e.g. green energy facilities) by the time limit to release national non-public use land through lease by tendering or through establishment of the right of superficies by tendering for use by contract winners in development. Contractors may periodically check the open tendering information published by the competent authority of the target business.
