Q10:What documents are required by the application for outsourcing of non-public-use national property? To what unit(s) should application be made?

A10:

1.   When applying for outsourcing, applicants should submit the following documents to the NPA branch (office) where the property is located to apply for property outsourcing.

(1)    Application form.

(2)    Documents of qualifications of applicants.

(3)    A statement of no conflict of interest from trading with NPA branches (offices) as specified in the Act on Recusal of Public Servants Due to Conflicts of Interest.

(4)    Business plan.

(5)    Determination or approval documents by the competent authority of the target business (exempted for an outsourcing term less than one year).

(6)    Transcript of registration, transcript of cadastral maps (exempted when retrievable electronically by NPA branches/offices).

(7)    Proof of zoning of land for urban planning (exempted when urban planning is unavailable) or proof of zoning of land for national park planning.

(8)    Other documents as notified by NPA branches (offices).

2.   The business plan mentioned above should include the following items:

(1)    The property for outsourcing.

(2)    The term of outsourcing.

(3)    The purpose of outsourcing.

(4)    Other.
