A4:     The term of outsourcing may vary by project, ranging from one day (minimum) to 20 years (maximum). When the determination or approval of contractors made by the competent authority of the target business is still effective and valid, the contractor may renew the outsourcing contract when no breach of the contract or no nonconformity of outsourcing is found by the competent authority of the target business.
