Q5:In what circumstances will non-public-use national property be outsourced?

A5:     The competent authority of the target business may outsource national non-public real estates for development, planning, and establishment due to actual needs in consideration of administration needs, operations, and public interests; and such national non-public real estates does not require permission for development, planning, and establishment.
