A3:     A NPA branch (office) will outsource non-public-use national property to a municipal or county (city) government and its agencies or township (town, city, municipal mountain indigenous district) offices, or government organizations or government or private entities established by law. However, outsourcing for a term of less than one year may be further outsourced to the branch of the said government organizations or government or private entities established by law and non-entity groups with a representative person or manager.
