A7:     The contract royalty can be paid by installment when the term of outsourced operations exceeds four years. The installment plan will be: at least 20% before contract execution, and the balance plus 5% can be paid by six installments, each six months. The amount to be paid at each installment will be: 10%, 10%, 15%, 15%, 25%, and 25%. An outsourcing contractor must pay the royalty to a NPA branch (office) on the last day of every six months after contract execution.
