Q3: How does one deal with building on national land leased by tender when the lease agreement expires or is terminated?

A3:

Six months before the expiration of the lease of the land leased by tender or six months before the termination of the lease, the agency leasing out the land by tender shall check the building on the leased land and notify the lessee to handle it as follows:

(I) If the building on the land still has use value, its ownership shall be transferred to the state for free.

(II) If the building on the ground has no use value, the lessee shall remove it.
