5.How is the illegal occupation of national public use property in custody of individual administration authorities settled?

A:   When national public use property in custody is illegally occupied, the administration authority should establish a settlement plan and hold review meetings periodically. Administration authorities can regulate and settle public property in custody being illegally occupied according to the “Directions for Disposal of Occupied National Public Use Real Estate Managed by Administration Authorities” established and promulgated by the Ministry of Finance.
