        The administrator shall manage all of the deceased’s properties according to the laws related to the types of the properties, so there are many relevant laws, such as the Civil Code, Family Act, Non-Contentious Matter Law, Act Governing Relations between the People of the Taiwan Area and Mainland China, Directions for the Substitute Management of Estate of Unacknowledged Succession, Regulations Governing the People of Mainland China Inheriting the Deceased's Estate in Taiwan Area, Taiwan Code of Civil Procedure, Land Act, Regulations for Land Registration, Estate and Gift Tax Act, Tax Collection Act, Negotiable Instruments Act, Insurance Act, Compulsory Enforcement Act, and other laws and regulations related to property and rights.
