A 2:

        The creditors and legatees of the deceased declaring their rights shall file an application stating the reasons for the declaration of rights. The creditors shall submit the proof of creditor’s rights, such as the original receipts of payment the creditors made for the deceased, original payment orders, original court judgments, the receipts issued by the deceased, etc., depending on the types of creditor's rights, and the legatees shall submit the original will.
