A1:
I. Any one of the following documents can be submitted for leasing a building site:
(I) A photocopy of household registration certificate of the person applying for leasing or another person who has registered a household in the building on the site
(II) House tax payment receipt, or taxation or tax-free certificate issued by a tax agency
(III) Receipt of water and electricity fee or certificate of installation of water and electricity by a water plant or electric power company
(IV) A photocopy of the certificate of ownership of the building on the site, the building registration transcription, or the address plate certificate
(V) Certificate of photograph and data taken and produced by government agencies before July 21, 1993.
(VI) Other certificates issued by government agencies and public enterprises
II. For leasing real estate, it is acceptable to submit any one of the following documents:
(I) A photocopy of the household registration certificate of the person applying for a lease whose household has been registered in the house in question since the time before July 21, 1993, or the certificate issued by the government agency or public enterprise proving that the person has actually used the house since the time before July 21, 1993.
(II) The person applying for a lease who is entitled to lease the real estate based on the fact that the deceased had actually used it from the time before July 21, 1993 to the date the succession opened:
1. A photocopy of the household registration certificate that proves that the deceased had his/her household registered in the house in question from the time before July 21, 1993 to the date the succession opened, or the certificate issued by the government agency or public enterprise proves that the deceased had actually used the house from the date before July 21, 1993 to the date the succession opened.
2. A photocopy of the household registration certificate of the person applying for a lease whose household has been registered in the house since the date before the date the succession opened, or the certificate issued by the government agency or public enterprise proving that the person has actually used the house since the time before the date the succession opened.
III. For leasing other land, it is acceptable to submit any one of the following documents:
(I) A power supply certificate for agriculture or aquaculture issued by a public enterprise; a photograph or data taken or produced by a government agency before July 21, 1993; the certificate issued by a local farmers' association, fishermen's association, township office or other government agencies.
(II) A certificate issued by the chief of village who served for the village where the national land is located before July 21, 1993.
(III) A certificate given by the person who had the capacity to make juridical acts and was the owner or lessee of the adjacent land before July 21, 1993.
(IV) A certificate given by the person who had the capacity to make juridical acts before July 21, 1993, had actually used the adjacent national land since the time before the same day, and is the lessee because the agency directly leased the land to him/her after July 21, 1993.
Except the power supply certificate for agriculture or aquaculture issued by a public enterprise; a photograph or data taken or produced by a government agency before July 21, 1993; a certificate issued by local farmers' association, fishermen's association, township office or other government agency, the lease certificates of other land shall be announced by the leasing agency for 30 days and shall be accepted when no one has an objection or all objections are overruled.
