The lessee applying for purchase of leased national real estate shall submit the following proofs:

I. Urban planning land use zoning certificate.

II. The original lease agreement (if lost, the affidavit and the letter of indication).

III. The applicant's identification; if the applicant is a legal person, the legal person's identification and its representative qualification certificate shall be attached.

IV. Agreement for shared use of house (those not shared excluded).

V. Proof of ownership of the house (except for a state-owned house).
