To enhance the effectiveness of use of national property and to fill the need for office space of government agencies, we implemented the “MOF Training Institute and Peripheral National Land Collaborative Development Project” according to Subparagraph 2, Paragraph 2, Article 47 of the National Property Act, and Article 48 and Article 48-3 of the Enforcement Rules of the National Property Act. Under the project, part of the national land is offered by establishment of the right of superficies for private enterprises to build and operate own buildings. In addition, private enterprises should pay a royal for the superficies and (refurbish) build government offices in the development site.
