To enhance the understanding of the main points of criminal case investigation law and related rights by colleagues within the Ministry of Finance and its subordinate agencies in order to ensure colleagues’ personality, dignity, reputation and related rights, the Civil Service Ethics Department, Ministry of Finance edited a manual on “Understanding and Rights on Criminal Case Investigations for Civil Servants.” It reminds colleagues of their legal rights, proper ways to respond, and avenues of assistance when encountering related scenarios. After referring to this manual, colleagues can fully understand its basic concepts and is conducive for them to face such investigations with ease and help the investigation procedures legally to clarify cases.
