Q3: How is the selling price evaluated for property that has been offered for construction or residence since December 31, 1946 until now? (The for-sale case is no longer applicable because of the expiration of the deadline.)

A3:

After the audit for compliance by the selling agency, the selling price of property with a land area within 500m2 may be evaluated at the first announced land current value; the selling price of property with a land area exceeding 500m2 or with national houses will be evaluated according to “Method of National Property Evaluation” and with reference to the market value at the time of assessment.
