Q1: What types of real estate that have been used for building and residence on or before December 31, 1946 can be for sale?

A1:

I. According to paragraph 1 of Article 55-3 of the Regulations for Enforcement of the National Property Act, the following types of real estate shall not be sold:

(I) Real estate used for offsetting tax

(II) Public facilities land

(III) Real estate not privately-owned according to law

(IV) Real estate originally used as (dependents) dormitory

II. Only the lot with the main body of the building and its ancillary facilities used for residence can be sold.
