I. According to Article 52-2 of the National Property Act amended and promulgated on February 6, 2003, the person who directly has used real estate of non-public use property that has been used for building and residence on or before December 31, 1946 could submit the relevant proofs to apply for the purchase of the real estate before January 13, 2015.
II. Any one of the documents such as household registration, proof of tax payment, water and electricity installation certificates or payment receipts, and other proofs issued by government agencies can be used as the proof of using the real estate provided for building and residential use on or before December 31, 1946. People who use national non-public use real estate according to the aforementioned regulations may submit the proof to the subordinate branch of the National Property Administration in charge of the management of the real estate to apply for the purchase of the real estate.
