The leasing authority for national land (i.e., the NPA’s region branches, or their subordinate offices) will not require you to pay any fees (such as agent fees, handling fees, or “red envelope” payments) beyond those stipulated by law. Nor will the authority request, via SMS or email, that you make transfers or withdrawals through ATMs or online banking.
