A:    According to Point 6 of the Directions for Operations Outsourcing of Non-Public-Use National Property, the maximum term of operations outsourcing is 20 years, and subject to the term approved by the competent authority of the target business. After the term of operations outsourcing expires, facilities approved for continuing operations by the competent authority of the target business may apply for a new contract.
