A:    The Department of Irrigation and Engineering will sign the Government Management Outsourcing Contract with the NPA branch/office. According to Paragraph 4 of Point 5 of the contract, after both parties jointly verify and recognize the cost for business solicitation, management and maintenance, and operation and deduct the amount from the gain of business solicitation for erecting related facilities in support of the Executive Yuan’s PV-related policies, the amount contributed to the National Treasury will be calculated according to the area of national land outsourced for management and paid to the National Treasury according to Article 7 of the National Property Act.
