When building residential communities on or disposing national land approved for entry in the reconstruction general catalogue by the Ministry of National Defense with the Executive Yuan’s approval according to the Act for Rebuilding Old Quarters for Military Dependents, the related restrictions of the National Property Act will not apply. In view of our expertise and experience in property disposition, the Ministry of National Defense entrusts us to handle property valuation and tendering for them and to approve the “Directions for the Ministry of National Defense to Outsource the Valuation and Tendering of National Property in Old Military Dependents’ Villages to the National Property Administration of the Ministry of Finance” for the reference of implementation.
