Requirements

National land with a fragmented land combined use certificate issued by the local government that is not “not-for-sale” as revealed by the NPA branch (office) may be sold to the owner of adjacent land with the need for combined use.

Prices are evaluated according to the market price, which refers to the market value of the evaluated national property at the time of evaluation.
