A1:
After the national non-public use real estate is approved for sale, the branch of the National Property Administration will notify the applicant for purchase to pay the price within a time limit (within 60 days after the issue date of the official payment notice) after completing the estimation process. If the applicant cannot pay the price within the time limit but is willing to pay the interest calculated at the statutory rate on a daily basis, he/she may apply in writing for a deferred payment within the time limit. The agency in charge of the sale may extend the payment deadline by up to 60 days at its discretion.
