Q2: Can buyers get a loan to pay for the national real estate for sale?

A2:

If the selling price of the national real estate is more than NT$500,000, the buyer may raise a mortgage according to the "Guidelines on Raising a Mortgage for Paying for the National Real Estate for Sale" set by the National Property Administration to pay for national real estate and submit the document stating the name of the financial institution with which the mortgage is arranged and the amount to be loaned and apply to the agency selling the real estate 20 days before the deadline of payment stated on the payment notice.
