I. According to Article 42 of the “Act for Industrial Innovation”, when national land is required by the national competent authority or the competent authority of a municipal or county (city) government for developing an industrial park, the authority responsible for selling the national land may directly conduct the sale disregarding the restrictions specified in Article 25 of the Land Act or the laws and regulations governing the operations of government property of local governments.
II. The selling price of the national land sold as mentioned above will be calculated at the same amount of compensation for expropriating private land located in the same land-value zone with the same land use. However, if the land of the whole industrial park under development is owned by the government, the selling price of such land will be determined according to the standard for evaluation of disposition of general national property.
