To promote the contents of The Anti-Corruption Informant Rewards and Protection Regulation, the Agency Against Corruption, Ministry of Justice prepared the “Tips for Anti-Corruption Informant Rewards and Protection” as materials for promotion. According to Article 3 of The Anti-Corruption Informant Rewards and Protection Regulation, “Informants who reported to prosecutor offices, judicial police authority or government employee ethics units of undiscovered facts of corruption and malfeasance cases as stated in the previous article, shall be issued a reporting Reward in accordance with this regulation.”
