According to Article 6, “A public servant shall recuse himself as soon as he is aware of a conflict of interest.” 
According to the decision of the Chairperson in the 3rd Business Conference, Ministry of Finance, in 2018, he reminded the colleagues to observe the regulations in the Act on Recusal of Public Servants Due to Conflicts of Interest and the case types of violation of the Act to consolidate uncorrupt and efficient politics.
