Ethics reminder: “Do not submit repeat applications for dependents’ education subsidy to avoid scam issues.” (2014-09-17)
  1. 12-year Basic Education was implemented on 2014; according to Article 4, Article 5, and Appendix 1 and Appendix 2 of the amendments of “Tuition and Fee Regulations for Senior High School Students,” no tuition fee will be charged for students entering public of private senior vocational high schools and comprehensive high schools (special programs). For families with dependents attending public or private high schools with the annual income of NT$1.48 million or below, no tuition fee will be charged. As to the other students, there will be a “fixed amount subsidy” and “difference subsidy” according to the regulations.
  2. Staff should be alerted that if you have applied for the aforementioned subsidy, please observe Point 5 of the notices in the “Dependent Education Subsidy Application Form” to avoid suspicion of scam.
