9. What is the application procedure if a lessee wants to operate fishery and electricity symbiosis on their own?
  1.  If a lessee of national leased aqua (cultural) land within the scope of fishery and electricity symbiosis wishes to set up a ground-based green energy facility combined with aquaculture operations, he/she may submit an application form and illustrations of the ground-based green energy facilities (in triplicate) to the region branches or offices of the NPA where the land is located has issued a certificate of consent for land use, and then apply to the responsible agricultural authority for permission to use green energy and to the competent energy authority for application for renewable energy generation equipment registration.
  2.  After the grid connection of the ground-based green energy facility is completed, the lessee shall submit the approved content (including illustrations), photos of the finished site, a copy of the building permit, (those applying for building permits in accordance with construction-related laws and regulations are exempt; however, if the ground-based green energy facilities are exempted from applying for miscellaneous licenses according to the law, a copy of the official letter from the competent authority of construction where the land is located shall be attached), the approval record of the energy authority, and the contract signed with the electricity retailing utility enterprise should be sent to the region branches and offices of the NPA for review.
