The lessee of national leased land for fishery and electricity symbiosis is required to pay a rebate of 3% of the actual annual sales revenue to the region branches and offices of the NPA, in addition to the rent according to the lease agreement, starting from the month of actual electricity sales after the grid connection of the ground-based green energy facilities is completed.
