History of Northern Region Branch, National Property Administration, MOF

（一）December 12th, 1960：

Northern Region Office, National Property Administration was established on December 12, 1960 Taipei City ,according to 11th article of “Organic Act for National Property Administration” which Executive Yuan announced 6586th command on November 24 ,1960 and and the 9th stipulation of “Organic Rules for National Property Administration” which promulgated by president order has the office in the important area. Northern Region Office, National Property Administration was established on December 12, 1960 Taipei City.The first director-general is Mr. Fei Qingzhen.

（二）August 20th,1962：

According to the Executive Yuan promulgated the Organic Law of the State Property Administration in 1962, and in August 20th the same year it was renamed "Northern Regional Office of the State Property Administration."

（三）January 1th,2023 until now：

With the Executive Yuan transfored organizations,the original Northern Region Office, National Property Administration had been changed as “Northern Region Branch, National Property Administration”.We set up 6 sections（Receiving Section、Survey and Appraisal Section、Disposal Section、Leasing Section、Management Section、Development Section），4 Office（Accounting and Statistics Office、Personnel Office、Civil Service Ethics Office、Secretariat）. The original 6 branchs had been changed as offices（Taoyuan Office 、Keellung Office 、Yilan Office 、 Hualien Office、Taitung Office 、Kima Office）.Since January 1th, 2018, The Taitung Office had been subordinated to Southern Region Branch, National Property Administration, MOF.
